Medieval Dagger

#402536
$94.95

This type of dagger was used across Europe and the Holyland and would be at home on the belt of a Crusader. Its simple design is ideal for use with a mail mitt because the opposing curves of the antiqued bronze pommel and guard lock the hand into place nicely. The wood grip is wrapped in leather cord for a good hold while the high carbon well tempered blade comes to a strong point. Made by Windlass Steelcrafts®. Includes scabbard.

Looks great, well made grip fits my large hand comfortably, and the blade fits firmly in the scabbard. The blade itself won't win any prizes or stand up to much stage combat, and even unsharpened is too sharp to use onstage without dulling (especially the tip), but did I say it looks great in the scabbard?

The Medieval Dagger by Windlass is a wonderful multi-purpose dagger. It is not overly long or wide, and works well as a boot knife. The handle is comfortable and the scabbard fits the knife well.
