Spain. Our offering is of the form found in Persia and India and is worn at the stomach under a sash or belt.

Shiva’s Trident and Drum
This Trident or Trishul is believed to symbolize Lord Shiva as master of the world, by
his maintaining a balance of the 3 Gunas – stability, change, and inertia. The Damaru
or the drum, is believed to generate spiritual energy, when played, giving birth to the
Sanskrit language, from which all Indian languages have been formed. Our Trident is
all steel and has been heat blackened, giving it a dark, appearance. Dual ribbed sec-
tions allow for a firm grasp. Includes the Damaru, which can be displayed with the
