Introducing the Signature Series by Windlass! Some of our all-time favorites, reissued by Windlass Steelcrafts® with several upgrades! The blade has improved distal taper, making the sword livelier and quicker. The scabbard now has a wooden core underneath the leather exterior. The grip features leather that is dimpled using a historically authentic "wet-wrap" process, during which fine cord is tightly wrapped around a wet leather grip. When it's dry, the cord is removed and the leather is left attractively indented and provides improved texture and grip.

This sword rests in the German Schloss Erbach Armoury and is a fine example of a high medieval/renaissance sword (classified as an Oakeshott type XVIII A). This is truly a beautiful example of a bastard sword, effective in the cut and the thrust. The steel parts are highly decorative and the high carbon steel blade is lightly hollow ground, giving the sword a great feel with one or two hands. Made by Windlass Steelcrafts®. The leather grip and scabbard are brownish black.

Returns Policy
You may return, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
